During cold war, the world's leading firms establish a man-made state referred to as Axel town. However, attributable to friction between developed and developing countries fueled the conflict that led to an oversized range of unemployed and refugees. Axel town became a lawless town and jam-packed with crimes, where there's only 1 rule: "Street Fight." Axel town could be a value fighting game created by Atsuki Koitabashi using Enterbrain's 2nd Fighter Maker 2k2.
